Through Somatic Trauma Informed Coaching, I offer a unique, empathetic approach to healing that acknowledges and honours the body’s response to trauma. Trained at the School of Trauma Informed Positive Psychology with Caroline Strawson, my work combines principles of nervous system regulation with Parts work (IFS informed) to help you reconnect with your body and inner self.
This coaching is designed to gently guide you toward understanding and healing from the effects of trauma by working with your body's innate wisdom. Together, we explore the parts of yourself that have developed in response to past experiences, fostering a compassionate relationship with each aspect. By supporting nervous system balance and integrating the insights of IFS, you can begin to navigate life with greater resilience, self-acceptance, and ease.
Unlike traditional approaches that may focus primarily on the cognitive or emotional aspects of healing, Somatic Trauma Informed Coaching integrates nervous system regulation with parts work (IFS informed). This combination allows us to work directly with both physical sensations and the different "parts" within you—those aspects of yourself shaped by past experiences, emotions, and needs.
In our sessions, you’ll learn to connect with these parts of yourself and develop a compassionate relationship with each one. We gently explore the nervous system responses (such as fight, flight and freeze) that may have developed as protective mechanisms, allowing you to feel safer within your body. I guide you in creating a balanced relationship with your nervous system, helping it return to a state of regulation so you can experience greater ease and presence in daily life.
By working in this way, we uncover and build relationships with parts of yourself that may have felt unheard or unacknowledged. This process facilitates healing by validating and integrating these parts rather than pushing them aside. We work toward creating a compassionate “Self” as a central, calm presence capable of guiding your inner world and bringing harmony to the entire system.

Book in your first 3 sessions:
You will received an invoice which is payable 24 hours before your first session.
Fill in the Somatic Trauma Informed Intake Form and Sign the Coaching Contract:
Decide whether you want to book 3, 6 or 12 sessions or a package including RTT.
Your Coaching session will be conducted Online via Zoom or in-person at my clinic:
If online, you will need to create a quiet and comfortable place where you will not be disturbed during the session.
